Engraved items

The collar, the collar-and-leash set, the cat collar and the name tag all carry a plate that is engraved after you order, with the text you enter at checkout. There is no ready-made version to pull off a shelf. Allow 9-14 business days for the engraving and 5-8 business days in transit, so your order arrives in 14-22 business days in total.

The leash on its own

The leash carries no engraving, so it ships from stock. Dispatch takes 1-2 business days and transit 5-8 business days, so it arrives in 6-10 business days in total.

An order containing both follows the engraved timeline, because it ships together.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If it hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email contact@leather-dog-collar.com and we'll chase it up.

Where we ship

We ship to 4 countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia. Any customs duties, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
